Jacob Dunn
Founder · Accounting Manager · Enrolled Agent
Jacob founded Dunn & Ledger after more than a decade in public accounting. He holds a bachelor's degree from California State University San Marcos and has spent his career on the tax side of business ownership — guiding start-ups through entity selection and setup so the tax savings are built in from day one, and serving established companies across solar, construction, retail, e-commerce, and professional services.
With deep QuickBooks and GAAP expertise, he reads the books behind the return as fluently as the return itself. As an Enrolled Agent, Jacob represents clients before the IRS on any matter, in any state.
Sean Keating
Staff Accountant
Sean earned his bachelor's degree from UNLV in 2019, joined the firm as an intern, and never left — the internship became a full-time seat at the table. Since then he's worked the full range of client work, from early-stage start-ups finding their footing to established companies' monthly financials.
A Southern California native, Sean has called Las Vegas home for more than a decade.
Jamie Morrison
Accounting Associate
Jamie keeps client work moving while completing her BA in business administration. Before joining Dunn & Ledger she ran full-cycle bookkeeping — daily transactions, reconciliations, deposits, payroll, and invoicing — and it shows in how clean everything she touches arrives at the reviewer's desk.
